One of the pearls had come out so I had to stick it by myself. I tried to send email about this so I can get a refund but I haven’t received any response yet. It’s a beautiful earring but I wish it was managed better.

Great earrings that are unique, vintage-inspired, and not heavy or irritating!
I ordered these earrings and was pleased with how cute they were in person. However my earrings arrived with a few of the pearls missing. My guess is that the earrings got damaged in transit. I emailed the customer service team and they immediately sent me a replacement pair for free. Just wanted to give a shout out to the wonderful customer service team! Love my earrings and was so pleased with the help I received. Thank you En Route >3 Can't wait to buy more pieces.
