Shipping Rates
United States
-We use USPS as default shipping method and a shipping fee of 5.89 USD is applied;
-We estimate you will receive your order within 3-5 business days after departure;
-Free shipping for orders over 40 USD.
-Express shipping option provided, shipping via FedEx, estimated delivery within 2-3 business days, for an additional 15 USD.
UK
-Default shipping method is delivered by Royal Mail;
-A shipping fee of 5 USD (~4 GBP) is applied to parcels shipped to UK;
-We estimate you will receive your order within 3-6 business days after departure;
-Free shipping for orders over 40 USD (~31.5 GBP).
Germany
-Default shipping method is delivered by Deutsche Post;
-A shipping fee of ~5 EUR is applied to parcels shipped to Germany;
-We estimate you will receive your order within 5-7 business days after departure;
-Free shipping for orders over 40 USD (~37 EUR).
France
-Default shipping method is delivered by La Poste;
-A shipping fee of ~5 EUR is applied to parcels shipped to France;
-We estimate you will receive your order within 5-7 business days after departure;
-Free shipping for orders over 40 USD (~37 EUR).
Canada
-Default shipping method is delivered by Canada Post;
-A shipping fee of around $7 CAD is applied to parcels shipped to Canada;
-We estimate you will receive your order within 5-9 business days after departure;
-Free shipping for orders over 40 USD (~55 CAD).
Australia
-Default shipping method is delivered by Australia Post;
-A shipping fee of around $11 AUD is applied to parcels shipped to Canada;
-We estimate you will receive your order within 5-9 business days after departure (remote areas excepted);
-Free shipping for orders over 40 USD (~60 AUD).
International
-International shipping usually take 3-21 business days to arrive;
-Shipping time may vary at the customs but we will try our best to ship as quickly as possible;
-Please make sure all your shipping details are correct;

Duties & Taxes
All duty fee and tax for non-U.S. international orders will be covered by en route when the package is dispatched. Your package will not be stopped by custom office. If you encounter any customs-related issues, please reach out to us at customer@enroutejewelry.com;
Returned & Undelivered Packages
Orders that are returned due to an invalid or insufficient address may incur an additional shipping fee for reshipment. Once an order has been confirmed as delivered to the correct address, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If an order is returned to us because of an invalid or incomplete address, or if it is unclaimed, a reshipping fee will apply as follows:
US: 6 USD
UK and Europe: 6 USD
Canada and Australia: 7 USD
Rest of the world: 9 USD

Returns & Exchanges
We accept regular returns and exchanges within 30 days of the order delivery date — no reason required.
If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase or have any concerns about your package, please contact our customer service team at customer@enroutejewelry.com with your order number or email address. Our team will respond within 24 hours and guide you through the return or exchange process.
- U.S. Orders: Returns and exchanges are free.
- Non-U.S. Orders: en route is not able to cover return shipping costs. International customers are responsible for their own return shipping costs.
All returns and exchanges must be approved and processed by our team before sending any items back. Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will issue a refund to your original form of payment or store credit, depending on your request. Please note that the original shipping fee is non-refundable.
All returned merchandise must be in its original condition and packaging. Items returned damaged or excessively worn may be rejected and sent back to the customer at en route’s discretion.
Warranty Policy
We offer free replacement for products that arrive damaged or have manufacturing defects, within 100 days of the delivery date. Please contact customer@enroutejewelry.com with photos and your order number for assistance.

- All defects like breakage or tarnishing, are covered under this warranty — we’ll make it right with a quick, free replacement.
- It does not cover issues resulting from misuse, accidental damage, or unauthorized modifications.
