gold wears off

the gold plating on the studs turned brown and I've only worn them once. I live in a humid city, but the other earrings in my collection are much more durable than these ones. definitely staying away from their gold-plated brass products.

I was worried because a lot of reviews said they were heavy. I disagree. They are totally comfortable! They are not flimsy Forever 21 earrings. You can tell they are well made and will last a while. However they are not at all uncomfortable. I would love it if En Route Jewelry would make a matching necklace for these earrings.
