1. WHAT IS THE PROCESS OF MAKING CUSTOMIZED JEWELRY?

When creating customized jewelry, there are a few key steps to keep in mind. First, the customer chooses the design of their piece. Once selected, the design is communicated to our expert craftsmen to begin creating the piece. The production of the custom piece takes several days, as the base of the product is meticulously designed using waterproof stainless steel before they continue on with the rest of the piece. Once the base is created, it is carefully plated in 14k gold for a luxurious appearance with an anti-tarnish and waterproof finish. After completion, the custom piece is packaged and shipped to the customer for them to wear again and again!

2. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO MAKE CUSTOMIZED JEWELRY?

The length of time it takes to create a custom jewelry piece largely depends on the style being created. However, at En Route, all of our pieces take between 7 - 10 business days to craft. This allows for plenty of time for our expert craftsmen to work their magic and create a piece that is uniquely yours.
