How do I join?

How do I claim my Birthday Treat?

Add your birthday and subscribe to our email list. On your birthday, we will send a gift code to your inbox. Birthday Treat is available once per year. You can edit your birthday in your account.

How is my level up spend calculated?

Product value only. Tax and shipping are excluded. If you shop in a non USD currency, totals convert to USD using real time rates and then count toward your tier spend.

Do refunds affect my tier

Yes. Refunds deduct from your spend total. Your tier and benefits will be recalculated.

Do membership tiers expire?

Yes. Tiers last 1 year. If there are no new orders, you drop one tier at expiry. Example: Diamond with $200 spent in the last year becomes Gold after a year with no new orders.
