Poor customer service, and quality is meh
Ordered a couple of sets of earrings for a christmas present, was told on order they should arrive just before Christmas, I ordered them on the 3rd of December so thought that would be about right. (Which by the way delivery cost was not cheap). Time passes and I haven't recieved any earrings, or an email to inform me of whats going on. I email them, and have to wait quite a while for a response, which I eventually do just to be told theres back order on one of the items I ordered, and it will be dispatched on the 28th. No mention of a partial refund or anything, but at least they're coming. Bit annoying to be told that after I had to chase them about the order, but ah well not the end of the world. 28th rolls by and I still hadn't recieved an email to say they've been dispatched, I probably would have preferred to not be told a date, if it wasn't going to be accurate. Aldo fairly ironic to be called en route. Then the 30th I recieve an email to say they've been disptached. Then they eventually arrive, I give them to my partner and she was fairly pleased at first, she wasn't overly impressed with the quality, but then it got worse when the bloom earrings appeared to be broken (probably because they were either poorly made, or shipped loose in a box). They wouldn't close properly, and when they did if she moved slightly the one would fall out of her ear. Luckily shes quite handy with crafty things so she managed to fix them (sort of).
