Our Craftsmen
We are working with a reputed manufacturer located in China.
Established in 2007, our manufacturer has been working as a partner for many well-known US and European jewelry brands. The factory has 55,000 square feet of indoor space and more than 300 employees. We were impressed by the advanced equipment when we first visited. In addition to the traditional equipment required for any jewelry manufacturer, the factory also has laser cutting machines and 3-D printing machines which can produce any of our design ideas with great precision.
Our manufacturer is audited each year by a third party supervising agency to ensure a sound working environment, fair pay to workers, as well as full compliance with environmental guidelines. Every single factory floor is fully compliant with standard working conditions (adequate circulation, ventilation and temperature control). All employees are paid with salaries that meet local living standards.
As a young and growing brand, we are really happy to work with an experienced jewelry manufacturer to guarantee a responsible production process while creating products at affordable price points.

One Tree Planted is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to global reforestation. They plant trees to restore nature and biodiversity.
Trees clean our air and water, create habitats for biodiversity, contribute to our health and wellbeing, and create jobs for social impact. We’re honored to have reforestation through One Tree Planted as a part of our journey of building a sustainable brand.
Carbon Optimized Shipping Program
Based on a review of our supply chain, we have adopted a more energy efficient shipping program. A portion of our orders will be directly shipped from the fulfillment center located closer to our manufacturer. By doing this, we are able to cut a significant portion of the carbon emissions incurred from the shipping process and more efficiently send the products to you in less time. Our new shipping program means international shipments (Outside the US) will now be delivered in much less time. En Route will always implement environmental impact improvements that do not compromise quality or ethical standards.
Support Latina Artists
En Route have worked with La Bruja, an Afro-Latina Brooklyn artist to redefine creativity and bring back awareness to the lack of arts education for Black and Brown communities. En Route brought together over 50 women of color to heal through art and La Bruja designed their latest limited edition packaging that sparks the inner artist in all of us. The packaging depicts hands lifting towards the sky with butterflies. A butterfly represents many things, here it represents evolving, going for big, endlessly finding ways to dream.
