Where do you ship now?

We are continuing to fulfill orders for both the U.S. and the rest of the world. Please expect 3-5 business days to process your order.

We hav resumed our "free shipping for order over $40" for most international destinations. Due to the limitation of local regulations, we do not currently ship to India.

Will my orders be delayed?

Most U.S. orders will take 3-4 business days. Sometimes, orders will take up to 7 business days.

International orders will mostly be delivered within the standard time frame. However, some packages will be delayed due to lack of labor in sorting packages for transportation, and significant reduction of international flights. If you have not received your package 2 months after placing your order, we are happy to send you a replacement package for free or issue you a full refund. Your patience is really appreciated during the current climate and our team is trying its best to create a smooth shopping experience for you.

USPS ( our usual economy shipping method) to certain international countries has been temporarily suspended due to the reason mentioned above. Please choose DHL express shipping, and we offer free DHL express shipping for international orders of $150+.

What is your current return policy?

Given the current climate, we will extend our return policy to 30 days so you will have enough time to return your package.
